She is the most level doe in the herd as of 2008 with a beautiful head and smooth front end. Rainbow was Best Jr. Doe in Show at the Fayetteville, Tennessee show under Matt Castelman in 2007. Rainbow has become a bit uneven, though she has not cultured anything. She is still milking beautifully. Rainbow is the kind of doe that needs to be in a smaller herd where she can get more individual one on one care. I feel certain that she would blossom with future kiddings and her new owners will be proud of her. Her littermate sister, Ruby Slipper came in 2nd place to Gravity's first at the 2008 National Show. Whisper is actually more level from hips to pins than Tiffany and even tighter in her toes. Whisper has a beautifully shaped mammary with near ideal fore extension and teat size. We are very fond of this doe and she is going to have to go to the "right home" before we will allow her to leave. She has the temperament of an angel, and is such an "honest" worker. She is always at the parlor door first. Her head is always in the grain bunks or the hay feeder, 3:A.M. or P.M. |
